Could a larger version of these balls be air dropped onto forest fires? The state of Oregon has been renting tankers from Canada to drop fire retardant onto fires for years. If these could be configured to drop like bombs, the Oregon Air National Guard has their own fleet of F15s they could use instead of having to rent Canadian planes. It could save money for the state and provide extra experience for the National Guard pilots at the same time.

I dont know why they dont use this one on board ships. Its very usefull
